A week dedicated to organic and vegan foods and dishes in each of our five outlets, and in support of our own Hilton team members who are competing in the Australasia Food & Beverage Master Competition! This week is also focused to support our local farmers and suppliers, to minimise our environmental impact, and to show that a nutritious, sustainable, vegan/organic lifestyle never have to compromise on taste or enjoyment.

Join us from November 26 to December 2 as Wakatipu Grill will be offering a three-course plant-based menu each night, a plant-based Winemakers Dinner on Thursday, November 29th, followed by our Vegan Vintage High Tea on Sunday, December 2nd. 

 

Stacks Pub, Me&Mee Chinese Restaurant, and

Lake Counter Cafe & Deli will also have additional vegan and organic menu options as well.
