Ingredient of the month - Tomato

 Tomatoes are classified as a fruit (berry), but when eaten it resembles a vegetable, which it is most often considered to be. They’re filled with so much juice that they’re heavy, they smell sweet before you even taste them, and they come in what seems like a million shapes and sizes and colors. But they’re only around only for a fleeting 

couple of months, so you’ll have to try them while you can.


Wakatipu Grill, and Chef Grant, have created a mouth-watering 3-course menu, available for $65.

All dishes are also available to purchase individually.

 Entrée - Tomato, Mozzarella, Basil, Balsamic, Nectar & Parmesan Marshmallow ($23)


 Main - Tomato risotto ( Vegan ) Charred Courgette, Truffle Green Beans, Gourmet Potatoes, Pan-fried Tempeh, Summer Salad, Cashews ($37)


 Or Marinated Bavette Steak Accompanied with Tomato puree, Marinated heirloom tomatoes, watercress ($40)


Dessert - Cannoli, Sweet Preserved Cherry Tomatoes, Basil Soil, Fennel Sorbet ($18)


  In Stacks Pub, try the delicious Margarita deluxe - our favourite dough, stacks homemade pizza sauce topped with juicy coloured cherry tomatoes , melted Buffalo Mozzarella and fresh basil ($26.50)
