 Sweet corn’s mild sweet flavour makes it easy to love. Sweet corn is also impressively versatile—and it can easily go from quick-and-easy side dish to show-stopping main. While corn is typically treated like a vegetable in cooking, it's actually a healthy whole grain. It's also a rich source of antioxidants, and whether you enjoy it on or off the cob, corn has a rightful spot in a healthy diet.


Wakatipu Grill, and Chef Grant, have created a mouth-watering 3-course menu, available for $65.

All dishes are also available to purchase individually.

 Entrée - Spiced Corn Fritters, Pico de Gallo, sauce Tartare ($18)


 Main - Smoked Short Ribs, BBQ glaze, Corn Salsa, Jalepeno Corn Bread ($37)


Dessert - Sweet Corn Brule, Popcorn & Choc Ice Cream, Coconut Macaroons ($18)


  In Stacks Pub, try the delicious Bacon and roasted sweetcorn risotto, with shallot, lemon juice, pecorino romano ($28)


 As well enjoy our Stir-fry chicken and baby sweetcorn, capsicum, onion with soy bean paste in Me&Mee Chinese Restaurant ($27)
