He hosts our upcoming Winemakers Dinner, bringing his Black Estate organic wines to Queenstown. Enjoy this fun and vibrant table-sharing concept dinner, with Black Estate wines deliciously matched with Wakatipu Grill’s specially created 4-course menu.

About Black Estate:

Our three vineyard sites are farmed using organic and biodynamic practices. We have found that when we’re working in harmony with our natural world, we have healthier vines and lives. Our aim is for our vines to produce fruit that expresses its place and season.

Our three vineyards are certified organic with BioGo. Organics means we avoid using systemic sprays on our land.   When using conventional sprays such as synthetic herbicides, pesticides and fungicides, the microbiological landscape within a vineyard is severely compromised and loses its inherent potential to mitigate pests and disease and generate more life.
