Enjoy a nourishing Self-care Sunday especially designed for women transitioning through (peri-)menopause. Start your day with a gentle self-care informed yoga class, including a restful Yoga Nidra practice, to support your mind and body in this phase of your life. The class will be followed by a delicious lunch – an opportunity to connect the group and Charlotte (included in the price).

About Charlotte

Charlotte is a cyclical wellbeing practitioner with more than seven years of experience teaching Yoga internationally at studios, festivals, and retreats. She holds a MSc with distinction in wellbeing psychology and has specialised training in a variety of wellbeing modalities including hormonal health, women’s yoga therapy and self-care, and chronobiology. Prior to founding her own wellbeing practice, Charlotte worked in international HR and development roles with a global design and innovation firm in Europe. Today she supports female leaders and businesses in optimising women’s wellbeing at work and in life.
