About the Christmas Buffet Lunch at the Wakatipu Grill:

Join us in Wakatipu Grill for a decadent buffet lunch, using only the best local and fresh produce. Toast amongst your family and friends with a glass of bubbles to start your festive feast.

Tickets

Adults: $180/pp

Children: $65/pp

Under 5: $15/pp

Buffet Lunch Menu

Adult tickets include one glass of bubbles

Children and Under 5 tickets include a soft drink or juice

Seafood Delights On Ice

Pacific oysters, king prawns, marinated mussels, hot & cold smoked salmon, white fish ceviche, and marinated baby octopus

Served with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, lime and herb mayonnaise and horseradish cream and mignonette

Cold Grazing Table

Selection of cured meats, chutneys, antipasti vegetables, dips, New Zealand cheeses, crackers, breads, honeycomb and grapes, assorted sushi with pickled ginger, wasabi and soy sauce

Salads

Beef tomato, torn mozzarella, basil and aged balsamic vinegar

Roasted carrots, cashew nuts, sesame seeds with yoghurt dressing

Mandarin, prosciutto, pecans, mesclun with pomegranate dressing

Broccoli, garlic chips, ponzu dressing

Carvery

Roast beef sirloin

Slow cooked leg of lamb, oregano, lemon and garlic

Bourbon glazed baked ham

Roasted turkey breast with apricot & sage stuffing
