** Kawarau Village Card (KVC) **

 

By signing and using the Kawarau Village Local Loyalty Card (herein referred to as the “Card”), members expressly and knowingly accept all of the Kawarau Village Local Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions.

Kawarau Village Local Loyalty card and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Kawarau Village. Kawarau Village reserves the right to add, delete or amend membership benefits and any terms and conditions at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

The Card is the property of Kawarau Village and has no cash value. Membership benefits will be extended with all businesses advertised only on presentation of a valid Card.

The list of participating businesses is subject to change without notice. Please check availability prior to making a reservation. *benefits are not applicable when dining from the Children’s menu at Kawarau Village.

The card holder must present their local's card to be swiped in order to receive the discount. Dining discounts and benefits are not available in conjunction with any other special offer, discount or promotion. Discount is also not available for the purchase of gift vouchers. The maximum number of people to receive the discount at any one time is six pax. Therefore the offer is not available for groups or events.

Lost or stolen Cards should be reported immediately to Kawarau Village and a replacement card will be issued subject to sufficient proof of ownership. An administration fee will be charged for replacement Cards. 

Kawarau Village reserves the right to discontinue membership for any members who appears to be using the membership in a manner inconsistent with the membership Terms and Conditions or the prevailing law.

** Vouchers **

Vouchers are valid as per the expiry date listed on the voucher.  Any voucher without a clear expiry date will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
